Innovative Learning Grants in Action
Students in Ashley Campbell’s first-grade class at Matoaka Elementary get creative with STEM Tub Materials purchased with one of the Foundation’s Innovative Learning Grants.
Another Innovative Learning Grant brought the traveling art festival “Louvre on the Move” to Toano Middle School, where students studied foreign languages while learning about famous artists like Pablo Picasso and Frida Kahlo.
The whole district is benefitting from Warhill High School’s new 3D printer! These parts were made for a science project for 5th graders, combining 3D printed designs with Sphero educational toys.
